Why does it seem so hard to love ourselves when we easily love others? I’ve heard others say that they try so hard to do the right thing and yet they are still living lives of quiet misery. Self-love is what we all crave and yet it eludes us for no obvious reason. However, there are secrets we can learn, lessons that help us see how to nurture ourselves, and perspectives that allow us to understand how important it is to stay in a place of self-love. In this workshop we will examine the elements of self-love, how to stop blocking our self-love, and most importantly, how to recognize the Divine within.

About Stewart Blackburn:
Stewart Blackburn is a modern shaman whose work centers on self-empowerment and the importance of becoming fully who one is. He is the author of The Skills of Pleasure: Crafting the Life You Want and dozens of articles on shamanism, pleasure, and consciousness. His warm, caring style of teaching makes inner self-exploration fun, challenging, and ultimately highly rewarding
