Steve Bolia, Rob Dorgan

February 18, 2018 - February 25, 2018

Find Your Heart, Lose Your Mind, from Feb. 18th - Feb. 25, 2018, is a retreat of Yoga, guided Meditation Sessions, seminars, Big Island Adventures and classes on Hawaiian Culture, the Ukulele and a unique Water Dance - all designed to loosen the grip of your ego-mind voice (filled with ‘shoulds’ and ‘expectations’) so you may free your heart and open into the person you are meant to be.  As a participant, you will walk away with new tools that will help you relax and develop a healthier life-style within your busy day.

About the Facilitator(s)

When energy flows more easily our desires, thoughts and spirit work together to bring us into balance. Balance in the human being allows us to be the best we can be and experience happiness more fully.
