Murti Hower (ERYT500) & Larina Hawkins-Hower (RYT200) are a husband and wife team who teach and facilitate yoga classes, 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification programs, yoga & ecstatic dance events and Tantra Partner Yoga for Couples® workshops and retreats. Murti has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1982 and teaching for over 27 years. His main mentor and friend, Rodney Yee, has been his greatest influence of teaching healing alignment principles.
Larina has been practicing yoga since 1994, enjoys facilitating events in yoga and ecstatic dance as well as holding space for couples to connect through yoga. She is certified in Yoga Trance Dance™ with Shiva Rea.
Lucas has taught full time for 10 years, owned his own studio in New York city for 4 years, and spent time directly with Bikram, working closely with him and other senior teachers over the course of a dozen Bikrams teacher training programs and a couple of advanced seminars as well. Lucas will go in depth on breath work, philosophy and directional movement in class as well as in the posture clinics. I believe that Bikram yoga is a powerful transformational tool. Transformation does not require anything complex or fancy, exclusive or elite. It is a process that we all have available to ourselves, should we have the courage to utilize powerful tools like Bikram yoga in an honest way. It is my aim to facilitate this process with every student I meet, in whatever way serves that student the most. I am certain that along the way we can have some laughs and enjoy the world around us also!
Cheryl Grivell
Cheryl will bring 10 years teaching experience in Bikram yoga as well as Hawaiian chanting.Owning a studio and helping to coach yoga competitors of all levels,she will share with you alignment, connection and expression.With a open mind we will explore the 84 hatha postures to add to your foundational practice.Hawaiian chanting has been a passion of hers since she was 18.Chanting is a great way to build prana, and break though self doubt and expression.With her guidance and grace you will be able to see your true potential on your mat and in your life.
This integrative and interactive workshop synthesizes insights from yoga and neuroscience and is designed to enhance our ability to adapt to new and challenging life circumstances, foster greater resilience, and develop keener awareness. Through a combination of yoga practice and neuroscience instruction, it offers a unique synthesis of perspectives on ourselves not offered in most yoga classes or biology courses alone.

Mark Olson, Ph.D
Mark Olson, Ph.D. is a neuroscientist, bodyworker, and anatomy instructor for massage and yoga programs. He received his doctorate from the University of Illinois where he specialized in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuropsychology and Neuroanatomy. Patrick McAndrew, a Kripalu teacher since 2007, and yoga student since 1997, offers compassionate and lively yoga classes for beginners and seasoned practitioners. Patrick is a graduate of Kripalu Teacher Training, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Goddard College. Patrick leads the Kirtan band Yogi P & The Funky Shanti.

Ayako lived in a rural village of Japan for 19 years and came to U.S. following her heart's guidance. She has also been trained in various energy healing modality both in U.S. and Japan. Inner Wave Movement Meditation is developed to offer participants an opportunity to bring attention to the healing quality of subtle and intrinsic movement of the body and unwind from daily stress in a most gentle and nourishing way.
Cass Phelps teaches an innovative body of work that is simple and direct - a clear, calming Presence whose guidance assists one into true Self-Knowing. Cass specializes in movement meditation healing work while honoring A Course In Miracles, Continuum, and Structural Integration as major influences.
Cass taught Continuum Movement for 7 years while his own work developed. We has offered the Awake-One Process since 2001. He's a Reiki master, life time musician and sound healing therapist.
