Tess DiNapoli's journey into yoga started when she unrolled a yoga mat for the first time in art school, where she was studying painting and art history. She didn't know what yoga was, but whatever it was, it made her life a little clearer, revitalized and more grounded. Nine years later, she's teaching yoga in Los Angeles and sharing this healing practice that so transformed her on so many levels. She loves travel, art, yoga, almond milk lattes, trip-hop music and drinking big cups of tea.
Tess's classes blend alignment based vinyasa with creative sequencing, longer holds and exploration, and gentle yoga. She knows that the hardest part of yoga is often showing up on your mat and encourages finding your individual expression of the practice. All that truly matters is that you breathe, move, focus and let go.
Gary Renard, the best-selling author of The Disappearance of the Universe and Your Immortal Reality, was born on the historic North Shore of Massachusetts. He became a successful professional guitar player, but during the harmonic convergence of 1987, he heard a Calling and began to take his life in a different direction. At the beginning of the 1990’s, he moved to Maine, where he underwent a powerful spiritual awakening. As instructed, he slowly and carefully wrote Disappearance over a period of nine years. In the fall of 2003, after much encouragement from other speakers and students, Gary began to present talks and workshops in public. His speaking career took off remarkably fast, and today he lectures internationally. Combining a disarming sense of humor with radical, cutting-edge metaphysical information and experiential exercises, this acclaimed teacher of A Course in Miracles has been described as one of the most interesting and courageous spiritual speakers in the world. Over the past seven years, he has spoken in 43 states, 23 countries, and was the keynote speaker at the International A Course in Miracles Conferences in Salt Lake City and San Francisco. Gary is also the most recent recipient of the Infinity Foundation Spirit Award. The award is given to a person who has made a meaningful contribution to personal and spiritual growth. Past recipients include Dan Millman, Ram Dass, Gary Zukav, James Redfield, Byron Katie, and Neale Donald Walsch.

Cindy Lora-Renard is an innovative and extraordinary musical talent, and spiritual life coach, with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. In her music, she blends an eclectic mix of Visionary/New Age, Alternative Pop and meditative sounds with contemporary beats to create a unique style. Her sultry vocals, creative lyrics, and primal rhythms produce a state of mind which takes the listener to higher places where courage, wisdom, and passion can transform. She has more recently been blending her music with the teachings of A Course In Miracles during workshops with her husband, Gary Renard.
Born into a family of teachers and musicians and raised in the Midwest, Cindy was exposed to music early in life. As she developed herself emotionally and spiritually, her musical talents matured with her. Cindy uses her music and degrees as a “healing” tool to help others transform their consciousness into the “higher” vibrations or octaves of life. Her touring schedule with her husband, Gary Renard, is extensive, including performances all over the world, where Cindy participates in her husband’s workshops, singing, guiding meditations, and occasional speaking. She maintains a spiritual coaching practice in Los Angeles, CA.
Her eclectic CD, "Summer And Smoke," reveals Cindy as a true Visionary Artist. Her second cd, “Journey Through Sound,” is focused on meditation and reflection, exploring the use of sound and chant. She has just released a new meditation CD with her husband, Gary Renard, called “Meditations For Couples”. Cindy's visionary lyrical style combined with her spiritual nature provides an unforgettable musical and healing experience. As we enter an age where the old paradigms are challenged to allow new ones to flourish, Cindy's music, meditations, and coaching are right at the leading edge, acting as a bridge to take us into this new way of living. For those who feel drawn to this vision, please join her in an inspiring journey!

Lori Snyder, E-RYT, infuses her Vinyasa classes with a heartfelt joy for the way this practice can help remind us of who we truly are…as well as with a mix of rockin’ music. She has studied with her primary teacher, Max Strom, since 1996, and is happily indebted to her first teacher, Steve Ross, for showing her you were allowed to turn up the music and laugh during yoga. Lori’s classes are known for intelligent sequencing, philosophies of kindness, and eclectic soundtracks.
Sara Falugo began practicing yoga at Brian Kest's Power Yoga in Santa Monica more than ten years ago. In 2006 she trained with the beloved Don and Amba Stapleton, receiving her teacher's certification in Interdisciplinary Yoga from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. The following year she completed the Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 4 training in Tucson, AZ. After having spent six years traveling, meditating, studying and teaching, Sara has settled back into the Venice/Marina area.
Her classes are gentle and meditative, and it is her intention to hold a space for all who are practicing to tune into the present moment in a loving and non-judgmental manor and to align with their highest selves.
