Melina has been teaching yoga full-time since 1997. Throughout the year, she leads national and international retreats and workshops that blend her two areas of passion and expertise--yoga and nutrition. Jenny Hayo has been studying yoga since 1996. Her teachings are rooted in Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga and include inspiration from many teachers including Tias Little, Jo Leffingwell, and Sarah Powers. Jenny teaches weekly asana and classes, workshops, and retreats and is a member of the 8 Limbs Yoga Center's Teacher Trainer faculty.
