This 3 day workshop will give you a thorough, hands on introduction to the theory and practice of reflexology. You will learn the benefits of reflexology, what symptoms it can alleviate, as well as how it works. Thumb and finger techniques will be demonstrated and practiced. A foot map covering the entire body will be learned. How to pinpoint the major organs and glads, as well as the chakra reflexes will be focused on.

This course will be suitable for any body workers wishing to expand their skill base, or anyone interested in learning a preventative health care technique to give to family and friends. A basic knowledge of the location and function of the body's organs is helpful.

Nadia Al-Wagga has been practicing and teaching reflexology now for over 9 years. Her training was completed in England were she was a member of the Association of Reflexologists, an organization recognized worldwide. Nadia is also a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Hawaii, and currently works at Kalani, her practice also consists of massage, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
