Retreat includes: One meditation/pranayama session and two yoga classes per day, three abundant meals per day, and use of Kalani facilities.

Yoga Classes: Two yoga sessions per day: mornings are uplifting, energizing and fun, evenings are more restorative, deep and restful. Early morning meditation, pranayama and Somatics session before breakfast is healing and sweet. Robyn and Patrick are skilled in working with all levels of students and will offer modifications and options as needed. All levels welcome.

Robyn Smith is a certified Anusara Yoga Instructor, Integrative Yoga Therapist, Forrest Yoga Instructor, and Hanna Somatic Educator. She has been practicing yoga since 1988 and teaching since 1994, and has been an avid student of Buddhist and Tantric meditation since 1993. She fell in love with Anusara Yoga in 2000 and made it her home after a long journey practicing and exploring different styles of yoga. She continues her studies with Anusara's founder, John Friend, 2 - 3 times per year and other top teachers in Anusara.

Patrick Harestad is a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and Anusara-Inspired teacher, soon to be certified. He began his love affair with Yoga at age 16, studying Swami Satchidananda's Integral Yoga.Since then he has studied many forms of body/mind/spirit disciplines, including nine years of Aikido, five years of Jiu Jiutsu, and decades of surfing. He has been studying extensively with John Friend, Creator of Anusara Yoga, since 2002 and has taught Yoga and Martial Arts both in the U. S. and in Brazil, where he spent two years living in a Buddhist Retreat Center with His Eminence Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche.

Retreat prices are per person, and include 6 nights and days at Kalani, 3 delicious meals per day, 2 yoga sessions and one meditation/pranayama session per day, all taxes, and use of Kalani pool, sauna and hot tub. Transport, tips, and extra adventures are not included. Register early to get your first pick of rooms!
