Mana Lomi: 3 day Ho’oponopono Workshop and 4 Day Hawaiian Fasting Program

Maka'ala Yates

December 2, 2011 - December 8, 2011
Ho’oponopono is the answer to bringing peace, harmony, balance, wisdom and love into one’s life. Ultimately this concept will expand into the community, society, the world, and the universe. Meditation is the key to ho’oponopono because it can increase and refine the receptivity of the Divine consciousness within all things.

The Benefits of Internal Cleansing It is a known fact that periodic cleansing enhances one’s quality of life and more importantly aids in the prevention of illnesses. We are continually exposed to a variety and abundance of potentially toxic substances, which tax our bodies resulting in a gradual build-up of waste materials throughout the body’s systems. These toxins tend to impair optimal functioning of our organs, which is essential if we are going to look and feel our best.

The Program

The first 3 days will be the actual fasting period and the 4th and final day we will be breaking the fast with meals prepared together with Dr. Yates. The fasting period will include flushing the digestive tract with a sea water base formula, taking herbs in juices for the cleansing of the colon and parasites, a private consultation with Dr. Yates including an Iridology reading, Hawaiian meditation techniques (ha mo’o), ho’oponopono concepts (living in balance), and Hawaiian healing chants. All herbs are either organic or wild-crafted and are hand prepared by Dr. Yates. This program includes enough herbal ingredients to continue the cleansing process for about 1½ month.

After completing this program expect to feel energized and transformed!
