The Still Point: finding beauty and balance in life through yoga and meditation with Master teacher Molly Lannon Kenny

Molly Lannon Kenny, MS, E-RYT

February 5, 2011 - February 12, 2011

Samarya Center

Join us on an inward journey of spiritual introspection and personal reflection on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Explore the self, breath and the methods and paths to spiritual well-being in that unique way only Molly can bring. Learn, meditate and reflect on specific practices for how yoga can be a fountain of inspiration, happiness, serenity and strength, and how that can not only enrich your life, but also the lives of all those around you.

Activities include daily asana practice and topic discussions, use of the Kalani grounds and its clothing optional pool, access to a remote stretch of black sand beach, gourmet meals served on the premises, over 40 acres of jungle to explore, and plenty of free time for excursions to nearby lava flows, quaint Hawaiian villages and the romantic and timeless town of Hilo. Kalani also offers an extensive array of body and energy work for you to totally pamper yourself. Truly a part of the world that words cannot adequately describe.

The retreat in Hawaii will have an inward focus based on reflection, meditation and contemplation. The asana will be gentle-moderate and practice will be held in a beautiful open-air studio. The atmosphere will be much more retreat oriented in the traditional sense. Kalani Oceanside Retreat is also accessible to those with limited mobility.
