Yoga and Rejuvenation for Aquatic Athletes
Maxwell Starkhouse and Kalani Staff
July 11, 2011 - July 17, 2011
Kalani is renowned for yoga, drawing some of the biggest names in the industry to incredible studio spaces surrounded by the jungle and the ocean. Join celebrated Kalani yoga and wellness teachers following IGLA, and explore elements of yoga and other forms of rejuvenation, all tailored to the aquatic athlete. We will combine studio yoga with yoga in and near the pool, including in our body temperature watsu pool.
This week includes two specialized yoga classes a day with a 1 hr massage or wellness treatment, awesome adventures, beach/pool relaxation, and access to all the other events and activities on-property.
