In the dynamic and supportive environment at Kalani on the Big Island of Hawaii, we discover that clearing trauma, pain, phobias, addictions, and limiting beliefs is possible when we give ourselves the presents of love, acceptance and forgiveness clearing blockages to our most joyous self! While staying in presence with our consciousness and gently tapping and/or holding acupuncture points, we clear from the energy body and the nervous system cellular imprinted “story” that created patterns and dis-ease that no longer serve us. Using essential oils, fragrances and sound we imprint new feelings and ideas about what is possible in this life, in these bodies on this planet.

Through feeling our full spectrum of emotions, breathing deeply and ‘tapping into’ acceptance of  ‘what is’ in every moment, we gain access to our emotional intelligence, bringing clarity, confidence and rapid self-healing in profoundly simple, powerful and lasting ways.

As we begin accepting all parts of our Selves, we tap into a wealth of energy, begin to trust our in-tuition using our emotional guidance system, and life becomes much more fun and filled with ease.

With yoga, Emotional Freedom Techniques, aroma therapy, Compassionate Breathwork, medicine of movement, stretching, meditations and sound, lasting healing is experienced. Imagine feeling inspired, peaceful and ecstatic.

SCHEDULE OVERVIEW:
FRIDAY, NOV 9TH
Arrival, check-ins, Kalani serves Lunch from 12noon until 1pm and Dinner from 6 – 7:30p
7:30pm – 9:30pm  >> Opening, Introduction, EFT overview, Feeling our Feelings, Sound meditation.
 
SATURDAY, NOV 10TH
7am – 8:30am BREAKFAST
9am – 12noon >> We will begin with simple movement and breathing exercises to get the energy moving, quiet the mind and relax the body.
Followed by group EFT session - Discovering, uncovering and clearing emotional blockages.  Identifying and releasing “issues”, false beliefs, limiting ideas, doubts, pain, trauma… freeing this energy to discover the inner peace that dwells within each one of us.
12noon – 1pm LUNCH
2:00pm – 5:30pm >>  A guided, hands-on polarity therapy session.  Learn a simple technique for running energy by holding specific points on the head, neck and hands in a 15 minute exercise we will share with each other.
Group EFT session to continue discovering, releasing and transmuting emotional blockages.  Depending on what came out in our earlier EFT session, we can choose to focus on a particular area of life – Relationships, Prosperity, Sex, Health, etc.
6p – 7:30p DINNER
 
Sunday, Nov 11th
7am – 8:30am BREAKFAST
Our first session of the day will start at 2pm.  Kalani offers an 8:30am Yin Yoga class taught by Jared Sam who is an extraordinary and masterful teacher.  Yin Yoga is a gentle, passive yoga that can be practiced by anyone,  It is very effective in relaxing and opening the body.
10:30am – 12:30pm is Kalani’s weekly Ecstatic Dance event.  A highly recommended, well attended event.  Move your body to rhythms selected to take you on journey into your inner self.  Total freedom to follow your inner pulse in a loving, supportive environment where there is no talking, no judgment, no dogma.  
12noon – 1pm LUNCH
2pm – 5:30pm >> Group EFT session to tap into our authentic Self, uncovering our gifts, our dreams, moving through any remaining fears that are getting in the way of being our Self and being in peace and wellness and joy.
6pm-7:30pm  DINNER
7:30pm – 9:30pm  >> Continuation of EFT session with a focus on discovering your authentic loving Self.  We will close this session with a sound meditation.
 
Monday, Nov 12th
7am – 8:30am BREAKFAST
9am – 12 noon >> Learning to love and support yourself more in your everyday life.  Suzanne will share teachings about herbs and flowers and foods that can help attune us to our higher vibrations.  Experience the power of our senses to support our emotional well being.  
Group EFT session – using EFT on your own, making sure you feel knowledgeable with the techniques and languaging to utilize the practice wherever you are.
Closing celebration.
 
Michaeloha is available for individual EFT sessions before and after the workshop.  And is always available for long distance EFT sessions via Skype.  Individual sessions are available on a sliding scale rate of $88-188.
 
Suzanne is available for polarity energy sessions and is offering a special rate to workshop participants for $40 a session.  A session usually runs for 1 to 1.5 hours. 
 
note about the schedule:
It is our intention to provide the framework and activities that will create and support a powerful journey of self-discovery, healing and wholeness.  The schedule is flexible and can be modified to whatever will serve the group to its fullest potential.  We believe in being present to whatever is unfolding through our experiences and trust that the energy will inform us along the way.  We are excited to be co-creating a new reality with everyone who shows up.

Suzanne BreezeSuzanne is an aromatic alchemist using the healing power of plants for 15 years. She founded Botanical Breezes Hawaii – producing aromatic healing butters and oils from plants of Hawaii. She is a Certified Counselor of Holistic Nutrition, Herbalist, Access Consciousness BARS Practitioner and has lived on Hawaii since 2002.
