Feeling bloated and sluggish after ingesting all those processed foods? It's no wonder, there are toxins present in the food most of us consume on a daily basis. Over time, these toxins can result in infections, headaches, fatigue, digestive problems, ulcers and even cancer. You can rid your body of these toxins by detoxing. A non-processed detox is rapidly becoming a popular way to cleanse your system.
A non-processed protein, fruit and veggie detox diet is used to cleanse your system of all the toxins you ingest on a regular basis. It can be used to jump start weight loss, discover food allergies and regulate your digestive processes.
Goal:
Our goal is to clear your body and mind of toxins while enhancing its innate healing potential. Periodic cleansing revitalizes the body and enables it to heal and recharge itself. The cleansing process begins to release stored toxins from processed or cooked foods, chemicals and other environmental exposures. During your cleanse you will be surrounded by a supportive group while you learn about the importance of nutrition, techniques to reduce stress, the science of the breath, eco-sustainability, sustainable agriculture, the magic of your imagination, the mind-body connection of Yoga Asana and re-entry post cleanse. This fully supported two 1/2 day cleanse includes personalized guidance by experienced health professionals. Lisa Sochocki, owner of Yoga Loft Hawaii, Collette Cameron Co-founder of The north shore Yoga Co-op, along with the staff at Kalani Eco Sustainable Retreat bring together a solid foundation of education, meditation, health coaching, research and experience with a unique gift to help people manage their stress and disease.
When our bodies are out of balance, everything in our lives is affected – our physical health, our relationships, our energy levels, our weight, and the way we do our jobs and manage stress and how we feel about ourselves. The two day detox yoga weekend will give you the tools to achieve and maintain your well-being, empowering you to manage your physical, mental and emotional health for the rest of your life.

Lisa Sochocki

I used to think that yoga was just a stretch when I started practicing asanas (yoga postures) at 15, now nearly 15 years later and (2) 200RYT trainings, along with many workshops, retreats and yoga education I can say it has been a wild ride of discovery.
Yoga for me is my heart, soul and friend. It is where I lean when I am scared, broken or in pain and it’s where I express my gratitude, joy and growth.
I have a constantly evolving teaching style. I instruct with a passion for conveying the true meaning of yoga, coaching on how to connect with ones higher power and embodying the spirit being through movement, surrender and acceptance.
Opening Yoga Loft Hawaii was and still is a living dream where I have the pleasure of connecting with the most beautiful people and sharing my love of yoga with others. I am also very blessed teach for the North Shore Yoga Co-Op.
I hope of one day having the pleasure of sharing space with YOU!
