Michael Holland MS
Michael has been in the holistic health, fitness and sports fields as an athlete, personal trainer, and athletic coach most of his life. Meditating for 35 years, studying and practicing Chi Kung for over 20 years and teaching for 13, he blends the best of ancient and sacred methods from the east with specific methods of the west. He has created a program that will rejuvenate and nourish your mind, body and spirit.
Heather Holland RN- Heather has been in the field of
wellness for the past 25 years, as a Massage Therapist and a Registered Nurse. Currently a Wellness Clinic Manager and Rhythm Circle Facilitator, she utilizes the power of interactive, rhythm-based music as a tool for personal growth and transformation.

Workshop Fees
Fees include workshop, meals, accommodations, and use of Kalani's facilities including pool, hot tub and sauna.
Deposit of $300.00 holds your spot. Register by September 1 and receive a $100.00 discount off the total price below. The balance is due January 10, 2012.
Cancellation policy – 30 days before – the balance less $50.00. After 30 days the deposit is forfeited and remaining balance returned.
