Each day will begin with a beautiful meditative flow morning yoga practice. Afternoons will provide workshop space for ecstatic breath practices, women’s sexuality and anatomy, tapping into sensuality through embodied spontaneous movements and contemplative exercises. You will explore Hawaii with excursions around the island to witness nature in her rich fertile abundance. The beach, mountains, waterfalls, volcanoes, hikes, warm pools, fresh water lake, and sacred sites are available to you. In the evenings we will honor the sunset and enjoy rejuvenating practices like dance, yin yoga, Thai massage, and ceremony. This will be a week to connect with your own feminine nature within a loving circle of other amazing and beautiful women.
