YogAlign: 200 hour Yoga Teacher training (RYS) Pain-free yoga, postural reeducation

Michaelle Edwards, Mark Olsen, Erin Starr

September 23, 2013 - October 21, 2013

This unique YogAlign teacher training will give you skills to teach an evolution of yoga that realigns your posture for a pain-free body. Scientific research has shown that 95% of all pain is a result of postural deviations and this training will give you the tools to align, tune and tone your entire being and show others to do the same. All levels of students are accepted.

“The blending of spinal muscle kinesiology, traditional yogic breathing and joint protection with focused positional and movement awareness advocated in the YogAlign system places it at the forefront of the evolution of yoga practices. Michaelle Edwards diligence brings us leading-edge practices that can be used by health and fitness professionals to teach dynamic movement control while essentially eliminating the possibility of injury." Doug McGregor, Physical Therapist
