Ayurveda: Yoga as a Way of Life

Shakti Dickey and Kim Kinjo

February 2, 2014 - February 8, 2014

Ayurvedic Herbs

Join us in paradise for a five-day lifestyle immersion into the ancient healing sister-science of Yoga: Ayurveda! Like two sides of the same coin, Yoga and Ayurveda are inseparable. While Yoga typically emphasizes postures and breathwork, Ayurveda provides specific, individualized guidelines for your daily life. Together they promote healing, health, and the foundation for personal transformation.

Through creative, hands-on workshops and cooking classes, you’ll learn the basic principles of Ayurveda and how to achieve and maintain physical well-being and emotional balance. Ayurvedic healing modalities include diet, herbs, lifestyle, Yoga, meditation, pranayama, mantra, and body, color, and aroma therapies.
