Complement and balance your yoga practice by understanding the deeply, rejuvenating benefits of a variety of Yin yoga postures.  A Yin Yoga practice targets the connective tissue surrounding the hips and spine, facilitating greater energy flow for increased flexibility and holistic healing in a restorative and passive way.   Reclining and seated postures are breathed into for extended periods of time with ample support to provide feel-good stretches for enhanced deep relaxation.

Learn how to teach a safe, inspiring and effective Yin yoga class with variations for different body types.

Understand and convey the principles of meridian theory, yin yoga philosophy and the subtle practice of energetic hands-on assists.

Use your natural, authentic voice to facilitate powerful, guided meditations and clear verbal directions for your students to understand the benefits and correct alignment in their practice.

Discover how to incorporate themes into your teachings that complement the cycles of the season.

This 30 hour intensive will give you the tools to enhance the offerings of your own teaching practice.
