Join Chef Ellard Resignato for The Culinary Edge TV: Food From Around the World, exploring how food connects us to each other, to Earth and to culture. The Culinary Edge TV is a cooking and travel show which explores food, culture and travel from around the globe. Screenings of CETV episodes will be accompanied by inside commentary from the producers about their experiences as well as a food demonstrations featuring samples of food utilizing simple local Hawaiian ingredients in recipes from the island nation of Sri Lanka. Attendees will also be informed about opportunities that exist on the island to expand positive-healthy food culture through social media as well as lots of other food and travel tips!


Chef Andrew “Ellard” Resignato, MS was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on the Jersey Shore.  He is a chef, surfer, fisherman, writer, public health advocate, economist, musician, filmmaker, and part-time philosopher. He has been the producer and host of the Culinary Edge TV since 2012. When he is not traveling the world in search of authentic food adventure, he splits his time between San Francisco and the Big Island of Hawaii.

As a Chef, Ellard has cooked in many different non-conventional settings with and for great people with great hearts. His goal is to help change the world for the better through food.
