ADBHUTA SCHOOL OF YOGA
Adbhuta translates as 'wonder'; a curiosity about the mysteries of the world around us. Both Claudia and Christina believe that the practice of yoga can connect us more deeply into the creative wonder of our bodies, minds, and souls. And through creating this deeper connection, we can create a more significant relationship with others and the world around us.
Adbhuta also invites us to bravely explore the unknown from a place of curiosity. Meeting the mystery with a curious mind is what carves space for flow state. Our school has the intention to help each yogi reach greater flow both on and off the mat. This flow transforms difficulty and stagnation into greater ease and grace.

In 2007, she took her first yoga class. As she walked out of the class, she felt something she had never felt before. It was a deep inner peace that permeated every layer of her being. And she knew that nothing would ever be the same. Since then, her practice has been a way of calling back all parts of herself. It has helped her feel whole and reminded her of the inherent resources of her body. Most importantly, it gave her back her relationship with herself and located a deep sense of inner power that she spent most of her life searching for. She hopes to offer that to each of her students.
Christina is an ERYT-500, and since her first teacher training, she has facilitated over 3,500 hours and done more than 800 hours of advanced training in yoga, Embodied Flow and Movement Therapy. She has taught internationally for nearly a decade, leading retreats, teacher trainings, teacher continuing education, and workshops throughout Asia, the United States, and Australia. As a mentor and teacher trainer, she believes that each teacher has a unique voice and loves supporting teachers in being the impactful and creative leaders that they are.
