Breathe in the Big Island

Breathe in the Big Island

Breathe in the Big Island will focus on the many different natural elements of Hawai'i and explore those elements with the practice of yoga. Daily classes will include, meditation, vinyasa flow, and restorative yoga.

Participants in Breathe in the Big Island will explore the elements of Hawaii's Big Island and connect through daily yoga and meditation classes. Ten of the world's 14 climate zones can be found in Hawai'i. From the active volcano flowing lava into the ocean just a few miles away, through rain forests, the black sand beaches, and the cold heights of the observatories at Mauna Kea. Sarah will lead 2-3 classes a day in vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and meditation. In these classes, participants will experience the different chakras of the body and how they connect with the earth, fire, water, and air. This retreat is open to all levels of students who are looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and heal their body and mind.
