Footsteps of Compassion: Walking Home to Ourselves

Footsteps of Compassion: Walking Home to Ourselves

The choice to come home to ourselves is a brave one.  We must leave behind the chorus of voices that tell us who and what we should or must be. And we need to stop beating ourselves up for things that we are or did that don’t conform to other people’s ideas.

The premise of this workshop is that actually there is nothing wrong with us as we are today. We simply need to see this truth and learn to become comfortable with our unique selves.

On this venture, we will pick up tools along the way like Self-Love, Dismantling Shame, Healing Our Self-Talk, and many ways to connect to our core self. We will stretch our abilities with shamanic journeys, communing with Madame Pele, and many exercises of love, compassion, and delight towards ourselves. This is not about how anyone should be or even how we could be. It’s about seeing the beauty and perfection as we are right now.
