Gentle Yoga on the Big Island | December 28, 2018 - January 3, 2019

Gentle Yoga on the Big Island

Celebrate the new year at a six-day gentle yoga retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii! Devorah's retreat is both rejuvenating and deeply relaxing. It includes two yoga classes and three delicious, nutritious meals each day.

With a background in Iyengar yoga, Devorah is skilled at teaching modifications to help students of all levels and abilities. The first part of each day's yoga focuses on developing a well-rounded practice which blends strengthening, stretching and relaxing, while the second part explores gentle stretches and restorative poses.

In addition to yoga, there is time each day to relax by the pool, enjoy a beautiful black sand beach, soak in thermal warm ponds, go snorkeling or visit the nearby volcano or botanical gardens. There is also a lovely short walk to a point where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean.

All levels of students will benefit from this retreat and will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
