The Heart of Aloha presented by Mark Kadota Part 2

Mark Kadota

Art of AlohaThis 4-hour, two-session workshop runs on December 22 & 29 from 9:30-10:30am each day. Please bring a journal or things to write on and with.

Winter is a time of clearing away dead leaves and preparing for new growth in the spring. I am using this as a metaphor for creating this workshop. The focus of this workshop is the art of giving. We will explore our fears and find ways to remove the blocks. We will address giving and receiving to ourselves and the world around us.
This workshop will explore various Hawaiian and other shamanic ancient beliefs and wisdom.  We will address how we can apply these methods of processing in our modern life.

Location: Kalani Mauka 15
