Men's Health & Relaxation Weekend Retreat
jaRed sam & Maxwell Starkhouse
November 20, 2013 - November 25, 2013
Enjoy the brotherhood and friendships of other men in a low-key relaxing weekend in Hawaii! Each day we will have the opportunity to enjoy a light walk, pool time, and a gentle yoga class. In the evenings there will be plenty of time to relax in Kalani's clothing optional sauna, hot-tub and pool area.
We will dine family-style on an open air dining lanai, with plenty of organic & local options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. This retreat includes a one-hour massage, a local excursion to a nearby lava tube and four full days of activities designed to help you rest and renew in a healthy way. All activities are optional, you are welcome to enjoy what activities you wish, and rest by the pool or enjoy down-time in one of Kalani's many hammocks whenever you like. Additional bodywork sessions can be purchased upon arrival. Complimentary upgrades for returning Kalani guests as available.
About the Facilitator(s)
