February 26, 2017 - March 4, 2017

This is a workshop specifically designed for taekwondo students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of traditional taekwondo.

There will be multiple lessons each day that will cover the following topics:
- Hyong (Forms)
- Sparring
- Self Defense
- Stretching
- Step sparring and applied Hyong Techniques
- Combination training

Through these training sessions the students will learn to overcome physical and psychological boundaries and how to achieve a more empowered state of being through movement.

In addition to the Tekwondo training GM Gerhard Brunner will also offer a Kimoodo (Korean Tai Chi) course. All inquiries for the Kimoodo course should go to GM Brunner directly.

Kimoodo has its roots in ancient Asian Martial Arts integrated with historic Oriental Healing Arts, aspects of which have been used in Asia for more than 5,000 years to maintain a healthy mind and body and to treat injury or illness. The literal translation of "Kimoodo" is "the way of 'Life Energy' merged in the discipline of martial arts".

Kimoodo's methods are holistic and harnesses the practitioner's "Life Energies" in the healing process. The practitionier's mind, body, spirirt and emotion work together to keep best condition and fight injury, illnesses and overcome hardships in life.

Kimoodo for Stresss Relief, Balanced Life, Health and Fitness and for Peace and Harmony.

Participants should be Taekwondo practitioners that practice Ch’ang Hon Taekwondo.

For anyone who is interested in joining that is not already a practitioner, please contact GM David Ippen first. Mahalo
