Definition and Purpose
Sound Alchemy Integration (SAI) is a donation based offering that happens every Sunday after the Ecstatic Dance from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The purpose of SAI is to bring a grounding, harmonious and uplifting integration to our human experience through the process of inclusive co-creation.
Every week we have different facilitators offering their creative healing skills to the community in the form of Kirtan, Mantras, Mudras, Gayatri, Crystal Bowls, Sound Medicine and Song Circle.
Our Schedule
Our schedule is as follows but is open to subtle changes depending on the Ecstatic Dance and Facilitators:
2:30 to 3:00 》Clean up and set up
3:00 to 3:30 》Opening Circle with Tea
3:30 to 4:00 》Singing Bowls Medicine
4:00 to 5:00 》Facilitators Choice of Kirtan, Mantras, Mudras, Gayatri, Meditation.
Food Sharing Tea & Potluck available after the Facilitators offering.
5:00 to 5:30 》Song Circle by the community
5:30 to 5:45 》Closing Circle
5:45 to 6:00 》Clean up

Sound Healing
This is a form of alternative healing that uses various types of sound frequencies and vibrations to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Sound therapy may involve the use of instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, or gongs, as well as chanting, vocal toning, or binaural beats.
Alchemy
Historically, alchemy is a philosophical and proto-scientific tradition that aimed to transform base metals into noble metals (e.g., gold) and discover a universal elixir for eternal life. In a broader context, alchemy symbolizes transformation and the quest for spiritual growth and self-improvement.
Integration
In a holistic context, integration refers to the process of bringing together different elements, approaches, or modalities to create a unified, harmonious, and balanced experience. Integration can help individuals achieve a deeper level of personal growth and healing.
The Combination of All Three
Combining these concepts, sound alchemy integration may refer to a form of holistic healing that blends sound therapy with the transformative principles of alchemy. The goal would be to create a unified and balanced approach to healing and personal growth by using sound frequencies and vibrations to foster spiritual transformation and well-being.
