Feeling bloated and sluggish after ingesting all those processed foods? It's no wonder, there are toxins present in the food most of us consume on a daily basis. Over time, these toxins can result in infections, headaches, fatigue, digestive problems, ulcers and even cancer. You can rid your body of these toxins by detoxing.
About the Facilitator(s)
Lisa Sochocki

I used to think that yoga was just a stretch when I started practicing asanas (yoga postures) at 15, now nearly 15 years later and (2) 200RYT trainings, along with many workshops, retreats and yoga education I can say it has been a wild ride of discovery.
Yoga for me is my heart, soul and friend. It is where I lean when I am scared, broken or in pain and it’s where I express my gratitude, joy and growth.
I have a constantly evolving teaching style. I instruct with a passion for conveying the true meaning of yoga, coaching on how to connect with ones higher power and embodying the spirit being through movement, surrender and acceptance.
Opening Yoga Loft Hawaii was and still is a living dream where I have the pleasure of connecting with the most beautiful people and sharing my love of yoga with others. I am also very blessed teach for the North Shore Yoga Co-Op.
I hope of one day having the pleasure of sharing space with YOU!
